Daniel Wenz 6931a3dadb First commit of the second Chapter of the PGP-Python lecture. Chapter 2 contains some additional stuff which is not mandatory for PGP1, but should be taught for PGP2. It contains two different methods on how txt- and csv-Files can be read in with Python. Additionally it contains some nice-to-have functions for creating even more detailed plots with python.
